Practicing Experience
Mr. Tse Pang Yuen has over 30 years of practicing experience as a
solicitor in Hong Kong. He had served in senior executive positions in
the Hong Kong Government and worked in the Corruption Prevention
Department of the Independent Commission Against Corruption as Senior
Assignment Officer for many years. He was appointed by the Ministry of
Justice of the People’s Republic of China as a China-Appointed Attesting
Officer in 1995 and has profound expertise in handling legal matters for
corporates in both Mainland and Hong Kong. Mr. Tse is an Independent
Non-Executive Director of Hong Kong listed company and is an Adjunct
Associate Professor of the Institute for Entrepreneurship of the Hong
Kong Polytechnic University. He is also a Committee Member and
Vice-Chairman of the Education Funding Committee of the Chinese General
Chamber of Commerce. |
