		Assignment Officer for many years. He was appointed by the Ministry of 
		Justice of the People’s Republic of China as a China-Appointed Attesting 
		Officer in 1995 and has profound expertise in handling legal matters for 
		corporates in both Mainland and Hong Kong. Mr. Tse is an Independent 
		Non-Executive Director of Hong Kong listed company and is an Adjunct 
		Associate Professor of the Institute for Entrepreneurship of the Hong 
		Kong Polytechnic University. He is also a Committee Member and 
		Vice-Chairman of the Education Funding Committee of the Chinese General
